The Baker Behind the Bread
Hi, I’m Kyra, the hands (and heart) behind Kyra’s Kitchen.
What started as a love for simple, healthy bread led to experimentation in my home kitchen, and quickly turned into an obsession with the beautiful simplicity of flour, water, and salt. I believe in making bread the old-fashioned way, with no additives and absolutely no shortcuts.
All of my products are naturally leavened, patiently fermented, and baked in small batches to ensure quality and care in every loaf.
